This beautiful Chow has been rescued by a caring neighbor.
The previous owners neglected him and did not feed him. They often left the dog
alone and tied down for days at a time without food or water. He does well with
other dogs but needs space and someone to exercise him. He has been described as an excellent watch
dog and very trainable but needing affection. He is hungry for human
interaction. He is an Alpha and very protective. He has not been fixed. He needs
